PPL(A) licence training

Legal framework

Flight crew licences in Poland are issued by the competent authority for the country, Urząd Lotnictwa Cywilnego (ULC), based on the EU legislation. The main regulation which applies to the flight crew licensing is Commission Regulation (EU) no. 1178/2011 and its Annex I, also known as Part-FCL.
